Medion AMD

Medion showed us at IFA in Hamburg Preview his new Akoya Netbook in 11.6-inch. A ULV Processor AMD aims to provide 2.5 hours duration. This is in comparison to Intel Atom Netbook little. This is the AMD Sempron 210U (1.5 GHz) is significantly faster than an atom reckon N270/N280.



Film fans can contact via HDMI to their TV and build on the Netbook movies in HD quality playback. The integrated ATI X1250 graphics card (integrated in the chipset) helps the processor in the decoding of HD movies.
The battery life is the manufacturer with 2.5 hours. This applies to the standard version with 6-cell battery. A variant with a 9-cell battery is in preparation.
